JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Bobby: I was in on a probation violation. My time in
Chase County was because the jail I was sentenced
to was over crowded, so I got farmed out to there.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Bobby: No
JM: What as court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Bobby: It went pretty quickly. Basically the judge
followed the probation officer's recommendation
that my probation be revoked.
